1 ) Go to Appearance > Customize > Full-width widgets > Upload your photo to the “Full-width widget 1 background image”.
2 ) Go to Widgets > Drag a “Genesis-Featured Page” to the “Text with background” widget area and configure the settings just like the demo below.
